Obey all the rules of the road, even when seeing others not doing so.
You will be stopped at routine police checks, be polite and have your rental papers and driving permit handy.
Always use seat belts, please.
Do not hesitate to call the rental office for any assistance.
You’ll be provided with 24/7 assistance contacts when picking up your vehicle.
Roads are not protected by fences; expect children and others to be on the roads.
Animals can often roam freely.
Observe safe speed at all times.

Pick Up and Drop Off Information

Airport /Sea Port / Stone Town Area pick up and drop off free of charge.
Deliver to different resorts and hotels on the island, please ask for a quotation.

Fuel Allowances and Where to Buy

All vehicles have a full tank of fuel at the commencement of the period and must be returned with the same status.
If you return the vehicle part full, you will be charged for missing fuel at the end of the period at the locally determined price.

Accident and breakdown Policy

All our vehicles are insured.
Please Note:
Rental car insurance will include Collision Damage Waiver (CDW).
Insurance cover does not include the personal consequences/damages occurred to the renter.
Personal property of yours you have to have insured yourself!
Personal Insurance, Medical Insurance or Travelers Insurance, or Any other kind of Insurance not included with the Vehicle Rental. Personal Insurance Policy can be issued to the Insurance company or Agents if the need arises.

Tour and Guide Drivers

Prefer to have a driver/chauffeur with your rental vehicle? No problem. Advise the business in the comments section available when making your online booking. The company has drivers speaking numerous languages including English, French, Italian, German, Spanish and Russian.

All drivers are trained guides, residents of Zanzibar and know the island and its attractions very well.
