Paje Beach
Paje Beach is one of Zanzibar’s most beautiful beaches, with a long stretch of white sand, crystal-clear waters, and steady side shore wind. Protected by coral reefs, the beach is a tropical paradise, offering tourists a wide range of water activities such as surfing, swimming, fishing, snorkelling, and diving. Menai Bay

Jozani Chwaka Bay National Park

Mnemba Atoll

- Fly: You can fly from any destination across the world to the major international airport in Dar es Salaam – Julius Nyerere International Airport or Abeid Amani Karume International Airport in Zanzibar. From Dar es Salaam, you can take another flight to Zanzibar airport or take a ferry to the island.
- Drive: From Stone Town, take either a private taxi, local buses called dala dalas to Paje.
Best Time to Visit
The best time to visit Zanzibar is from June to October during the cool, dry months of spring. Another popular time to visit this tropical island is from December to February when it’s hot and dry.
You can scuba dive off the coast in July and August and in February and March. Diving off the north coast is from June to October and off the south coast between November and March.
