As with most domestic airlines in East Africa, and especially those servicing islands and remote airstrips, weight is a critical factor for these small aircraft, as is the limited size of the cargo bay.

• Only soft shell bags are recommended to ensure they can get into the cargo pods / holds.
• Excess baggage will be taken at an additional fee but is not guaranteed passage on the same flight as the passenger.

We advise that you check in at least 45 minutes before departure. Boarding procedures are very simple and check-in counters close 30 minutes before departure.

As with most domestic airlines in East Africa, only 1 cabin class is offered. The upside is that every seat on the plane is the best seat! So prepare yourself to indulge in breathtaking views and have your camera ready!
